We process our shipping 7 days a week to ensure your order is shipped out in a timely manner. Mail pickup is 6 days a week with holiday exceptions.
We only ship to the Contiguous 48 States.
We ship all of our items with a tracking number via USPS or UPS. All orders should be processed within 1 business day leave our facility between 24-48 hours not including weekend days.
We package our items with care to ensure they arrive safely. In the case that items arrive damaged or defective please email us at Service@ChampionCard.com or give us a call at (845)462-9292 so we can reach an appropriate resolution.
In the event that we no longer have the item you ordered on-hand or we find it has been damaged or altered from it's listed condition we will contact you regarding a delayed shipment or replacement offer. If there is no response or no resolution can be reached we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If you wish to upgrade your shipping service or have a preferred carrier please contact us. Upgrading your shipping service may require additional shipping payment.
Orders exceeding $250 will be insured for their entire amount with signature confirmation.
We offer returns on all orders and the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the order being placed.
Items must be returned in NEW condition unless specified with all original tags and packaging. In the case they are not we have the ability to deny the return or offer only a partial refund.
Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of us recieving the items for return.
In the case that your item is defective or not working most Airsoft and Paintball companies offer factory warranty's covering the repairs needed through them directly.
